FFRPG Wiki Policies

In order to be able to add pages to this Wiki, you must first register an account with us. Due to spamming and defacement problems with our previous Wiki, it is essential that we be able to trace changes back to individual and named users.

Wiki users are expected to respect content created by others; unauthorised changes, defacements, and other tampering will result in your account and IP being blocked. In case of persistent problems, editing privileges will be assigned to users on a one-on-one basis.

There are four levels of user privileges:

  • Unregistered users can read content, but cannot modify it.
  • Registered users can modify unprotected pages and create new ones, but cannot delete content.
  • Developers can modify unprotected and protected pages, as well as delete pages and designate protected content.
  • Sysops have the ability to set individual user privileges and rework the user interface, in addition to all of the above privileges.

Creating and Editing Content

Registered users cannot edit information in the Third Edition Core Rulebook section; these pages are protected, and restricted to developer-level only. If you have a comment or correction to make, please use either the Dev Labs or the Balance and Errata sections of message boards, depending on the nature of the problem.

All other content is open to outside contributions. Use the Optional Rules Depot as a springboard for adding new rules and other optional material. Feedback for individual articles should be directed to the article's Talk page, found by accessing the 'discussion' tab at the top of the page itself.

The FFRPG Wiki uses special code to establish its format. The Editing page shows the basic formatting tricks.
